Robert F. Pagano & Associates provides complete accounting, tax, and advisory services to mid-market private companies and other business. We define mid-market entities as those having sales of $1 to $100 million. The ownership of these entities is typically closely held. They also tend to have high-quality financial accounting departments. However, they are typically not large enough to employ a chief financial officer who is experienced in all areas such as federal and state taxation, treasury, human resources, outside financing, controls, etc. We act as an outside advisor to assist the accounting department with these issues. We also provide the owners with consulting on buy-sell agreements, mergers & acquisitions, succession planning, and other issues associated with ownership and management of companies.
